We are able to select and modify standard form documentation and draft bespoke construction contract documentation to suit the project and its individual requirements. Our principals have experience gained over many years in structuring and drafting contracts, including design and construct, guaranteed maximum price, early works (including early contractor involvement and remediation), construction management and many other delivery methodologies. We also have extensive experience in preparing contracts for equipment procurement, installation and commissioning.
